Grown Organically

On our farm in Baja California, we're the first commercial producers of Salicornia in the world.  We use filtered sea water and saline lands to grow Salicornia making this one of the most sustainable forms of agriculture.

Dehydrated by Solar Power

We dehydrate Salicornia in our dehydration chamber powered by solar panels for 3-5 days.

Ground into Salt

After dehydration, we grind Salicornia into a salt-like consistency, perfect in taste and size as a salt replacement.
