Pleasant alternative to “sea” salt and other spices. Adds a little saltiness plus a little pleasant something else that that doesn’t overpower the natural food flavors and doesn’t fight with other spices you might have added to your recipe. Haven’t added it to the rim of the margarita glass, but that’s next!
Of course first thing I used it on was my margarita looks so good on original, right up my alley. I have used it on everything that I have cooked and like it. Trying to cut back on salt, but I am a salt freak. Sure this gonna help.
