We love this a salt replacement! We have used it both in cooking and seasoning at the table.
Goes good on french fries and potatoes in general. Sprinkled on cooked vegetables just before serving is generally how we use it. Don't care as much for using it prior to or during the cooking process, at least not at this newly experimental stage. It has become a nice addition to our seasoning choices and have told others about it. Will continue to try new uses. Thanks
This salt is good on certain foods. I really liked it on popcorn and brown rice.
I was fascinated with the possibility that this herb could safely replace salt. I have Meniere's disease, and the first thing the doctors told me was to get most of the salt out of my diet. I enjoyed the information on your website, but went further and looked up Salicornia and learned more. I ordered your Green Salt, and do not think of it as a salt replacement, but more as an additional spice available for food prep and cooking. It is a subtler, smoother flavor than salt. I have especially enjoyed it on sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, eggs and egg dishes, pasta salad, and chicken salad. I have also shared some with several friends.

So, it is truly, really salty. So far I’ve only tried it on popcorn. I haven’t actually cooked with it yet. It definitely has a nori/seaweed taste to it. Not unpleasant, but wondering how it will affect cooked dishes. We’ll see…
I absolutely love the taste of Green Salt and the fact that it is good for you makes it even better. I have used this every day since receiving it. I made a delicious salsa with it today. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family.
I like it for cooking but can't get pass the smell on salting regular foods. But it does have a pleasant salty taste. I think with time the smell can be gotten use to.
It amazingly taste like salt and have tried quite a few that says “it taste like salt” but is far from it. The only thing I encountered was when I put on fried bread during the cook stage it gave a bad taste to me. But overall we will continue to order would recommend highly to others
Saltier than I thought it would be. Slight seaweed-like aftertaste, but not bad. More product in the package than I was expecting. A little pricy, but well worth it for my health and salt is used fairly sparingly anyway. Funny, lost a lot of the saltiness when I put it on a hard boiled egg. Strange. So far, decent on everything else. I would buy again.
Love the taste. I have high blood pressure, so this good to know that the sodium content is lower; which enables me to be able to use salt again in my food.

This is my first time purchasing this product. I find it to be much better (and healthier) than using regular salt. I have been experimenting with different recipes and have found the flavor to be very rewarding. I will definitely be purchasing it again. Additionally, the customer service is great!

A great salt replacement. I wish I had known about long ago. It tastes like salt without the sodium.
Ordering and delivery were very good. Easy! I just started using green salt so I do not have a good opinion yet as to its use. I have not cooked with or used salt for 20 years because of the sodium. If needed salt I either used vinegar or lemon for the sour flavor of salt or if necessary low sodium salt which is 1/3 less the sodium of regular salt. I have just begun to use the green salt. I will know more in a few weeks. It would be great if it is as low in sodium as you say.
