Green salt is my new 'go to' seasoning favorite! I've been trying to cut down on salt, but was finding it really hard to do. Most salt substitutes taste terrible and so many seasoning blends, while helpful, still seem bland. Green salt gives my food a light salty flavor, and a bit of an herby zest that I love! It is great on eggs, on vegtable dishes, on salad, sandwiches, and in sauces. I have happily recommended it to friends and family - and they love it too!

I would have taken a picture of the delicious casserole that I used the green salt for, but I ate it! I love the wholesome taste of green salt and you can clearly detect its plant origins. Nothing is wrong with the product. But first, I don’t use it that fast, and ordering one was not an option. Then when I submitted the order, your site returned me to the order as if it didn’t go through. So I submitted it again. I couldn’t find a way to cancel the second order. Now I have four bags, when I only need one. Clean that up on your ordering system. I’ll use the four bags, or share some. But that was less than stellar service from your system. So I first ran into this plant on Kauai, it was a super cool experience. Fast forward 2 years later my father has low sodium dietary restriction. Saw an advertisement on FB and here we are. You can never have enough seasonings, buy this, be happy, that is all.

You can do nothing to improve this, rather it's the nature of the product: there's simply not enough salty flavor. I've used it on eggs, but all it did was turn my eggs a strange shade of green while they clamored for salt.

I don’t use a lot of salt. I’ve used it once so can’t really give an appropriate review. I had to order 2 packs so gave one to my son-in-law as he is a heavy salt user so I felt this might be a healthier option for him. Haven’t heard his opinion yet.

We love the green salt! It’s the perfect clean replacement for regular salt with much less sodium. We use it in simple dishes where we can taste the kind of earthy flavor, and also in dishes where there are lots of spices where we can’t really taste the flavor of it, but we need a bit of salt. It’s great!!

My only usage let-down is the fine powdery consistency- and it’s just a tiny let-down - so dispensing it is an airy cloud kind of experience. I suppose spooning it out is more targeted but that ads an inconvenient step to use.

I have been using Green Salt almost since the day you started talking about it. I LOVE IT! I use it every day, especially on all my vegetables. Prepared foods that sometimes lacks seasonings are an easy fix with Green Salt and other spices.

This is a great table salt alternative, and I like the additional subtle flavors it gives to food. Wondering why this is a product of India since I have seen Salicornia (aka pickleweed) growing prolifically in areas of California. I like to buy products made or grown in USA. I have picked it myself on the Central Coast of California and have used it in salads.

I tried green salt a while ago and was just running out when I got an email saying they had more. I bought 3 bags. I personally don’t use it in cooking so much, because I don’t use a lot of salt in cooking. But we use the green salt for already prepared food and it’s fantastic. I have HBP and have had a kidney transplant, so watching my salt intake is important. I will continue to buy it, it’s great!
