I have used the Green Salt for seasoning green vegetables, eggs and some saucy meat dishes. I have also tried it in red sauces, gremolata, chimichurri, shakshucka and guacamole. It works beautifully to add a little saltiness, without dramatically altering the original flavors like some of other salt replacements that I have tried. I'm not one to keep a salt shaker at the table, so I can't honestly say how well it would taste as a " table salt".

I'm not understanding how this is better than sea salt or any other salt out there. First thing is I can't stand the smell. It smells like grassy seafood. Second, I'm sorry, I understand what you are trying to do but looking at the label, there's not enough evidence or benefits for me to be committed to this. Thanks for bringing back the samples though

I guess I was expecting something that I had a little bit more texture to it; the consistency is more like a fine powder and it does have a stronger ocean taste or smell to it not as flavorful as I would’ve expected mixed it with a little bit of kosher salt so I had a little bit more of a salty taste

Delicious salty flavor, not seaweedy like the kelp-based salt alternatives, but still has pleasant very mild umami notes. I recently cut salt out of my diet and this has been an excellent alternative that helps with cravings and enhances the flavor of my meals. After cutting out salt, eating something with inorganic salt in it overwhelms my taste buds, which is a good indication that inorganic salt is probably not a healthy thing to eat all the time. Now that I've been using GreenSalt, I still have the same experience with inorganic salts, but GreenSalt continues to taste good. I think this is a good sign that I'm not simply replacing a bad habit with another one.

Have used it for a few things so far. Seems to be ok. Found that I had to use a little more than regular sea salt to get the same flavor. With the cost what it is not sure if it will be a good value.

Very pleased with the green salt. When I opened the bag it was like sniffing a barn full of fresh hay. It is salty and, as advertised, requires less to get the same result.

It’s not salt it’s a plant power that is salty. I like the flavor but it’s almost like protein powder consistency- I wish it was granular and more corse ! Rework your dehydration technique and keep more crystals.
